VIID Technologies OÜ provides an age verification app (VIID app) that allows users to digitally verify their age. The app aims to streamline the age verification process, eliminating the need for physical ID cards. Businesses can integrate VIID to enhance their services, particularly in self-service kiosks, reducing the reliance on manual age verification.
Customers are required to create an account on the VIID app by providing accurate and up-to-date information. During the registration process, customers must upload a picture of their identification document. VIID Technologies OÜ reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the document and may reject registrations that do not meet the required standards.
VIID Technologies OÜ takes data security seriously. All customer data, including identification documents, is encrypted and stored securely. VIID Technologies OÜ employs industry-standard security measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
VIID Technologies OÜ reserves the right to terminate a customer's account if the terms and conditions outlined herein are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false information during registration, attempting to misuse the VIID app for fraudulent purposes, or any other breach of these terms.
Customers are prohibited from using the VIID app for any unlawful or fraudulent activities. The app is intended solely for age verification purposes, and any misuse may result in immediate termination of the account and legal action.
VIID Technologies OÜ reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the VIID app after such modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
VIID Technologies OÜ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the VIID app.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
